Country Readiness Assessments
Developing comprehensive, digitized, and country-specific assessment reports that systematically evaluate national preparedness for trade and economic integration initiatives. These assessments identify institutional, policy, regulatory, and capacity gaps, and provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to guide targeted technical assistance, inform policy reforms, and support the design of strategic interventions aligned with national priorities and regional commitments.
Coordination Capacity
Strengthening institutional mechanisms and coordination frameworks to enable effective, coherent, and sustained collaboration among national, regional, and continental actors. This includes enhancing information-sharing systems, clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving inter-agency and cross-level coordination, and building the capacity of institutions to jointly plan, implement, and monitor initiatives in support of shared trade and development objectives.
